The artist
Not sure about other creators but when I create a work I go all in.
Feeling, thinking, total immersion in it. Like stepping into the woods. I hike deep, imbibe the details of all sense perceptions and let it consume me.
Then when the time is right,
I step out of the woods. Complete. Yet blanketed by the experience like snow on windshield.
And those woods will change, they’ll never be the exact same again
That’s my creation
It was real to me
But it won’t ever feel the same again once I step out of it.
