What is the best workout for finding bliss?

The fitness industry, like every industry, is full of lies and deception.

Not all of it, of course. There are always a few exceptions, but after being deeply entrenched in the world of fitness and everything it entails, I find myself taking a different course.

This post will reflect that shift, as all of my work has in recent times.

All these questions about what is the best workout plan, best diet, best training split, best piece of equipment, best time to train, best supplements for this or that.. most of it is just wasting time.

Wasting time asking questions that one may not even care to know the answer to. Wasting time giving a how-to.

A person may have a strong desire to get somewhere. Where they truly want to go. But this industry will lead them astray.

It’s rare to find a person who knows where he wants to go. And has the desire to do whatever it takes to get there.

Usually, a person is asking the wrong questions.

If you can refine your question to eliminate the non-essentials, you may find clarity. Then a path will open up for you.

How about a workout plan to find bliss?
